Armada is an operational recordkeeping tool for vehicles, fuel transactions, odometer logs, driver assignments, and team access.

Armada does not replace physical checks, professional judgment, or business and fleet-safety decisions.

You are responsible for keeping account credentials and devices used to access Armada secure.

Owners are responsible for their tenants and access settings. Owners and admins must assign owner, admin, or driver roles according to work needs and remove access that is no longer needed.

Each user may use only accounts and data they are authorized to access.

Users and owners are responsible for the accuracy of vehicle data, status, fuel transactions, odometer readings, driver assignments, and team information entered into Armada.

Owners remain responsible for vehicle and driver management and for business, operational, compliance, and safety decisions based on those records.

Enter only data you may lawfully collect and use, and review important records before making decisions.

You may not use Armada for illegal activity, enter data without authority, access another party’s account or tenant, disrupt the service, test security without permission, or harm other users.

We may restrict access to protect the service or users when there is misuse, a security risk, or a breach of these terms.

The service may be interrupted by maintenance, networks, devices, system changes, or circumstances outside our control.

We may fix, add, change, or discontinue features. Information about important changes may be available through the service or official site.

Armada is provided as a recordkeeping aid. To the extent permitted by law, Semakode is not responsible for fleet decisions, inaccurate or late entries, use outside the service’s purpose, or indirect losses resulting from them.

This limitation does not reduce rights or responsibilities that cannot be limited under applicable law.

We may update these terms when the service or legal requirements change.
