Armada
Privacy Policy
How Armada processes and protects account and fleet operations data.
Effective 20 September 2026
Armada is an operational recordkeeping service for vehicles, fuel, odometers, driver assignments, and team access. This policy explains the data processed when you use Armada and the choices available to you.
About the service and contact
Armada is developed and operated by Semakode. The service and its official information are available at https://armada.semakode.com.
For questions or data requests, contact armada@semakode.com.
Data we process
Identity, account, and profile data: your name, email address, and a phone number or profile photo if you add them.
Organization or tenant settings and fleet settings that you manage.
Vehicle data, including vehicle identity and operating status.
Fuel types and fuel transactions, including liters, cost, odometer reading, date, note, and efficiency derived from those records.
Odometer logs, vehicle-driver assignments, owner, admin, or driver roles, team invitations, and team member access.
Basic technical and error data needed to operate, secure, correct, and support the service.
How we use data
We use data to provide Armada features, show operational records, and help users manage vehicles, fuel, odometers, assignments, and team access.
We separate tenant data and apply role-based access for owners, admins, and drivers.
We also use data as needed for account and service security, user support, issue investigation, and error correction.
Service providers and data sharing
We may use hosting, database, authentication, and error-monitoring providers to operate Armada. They process data only for the services they provide to us and under applicable data-protection obligations.
Data may be shared when required by law or when needed to protect rights, security, users, or the service.
As a current service practice when this policy takes effect, we do not sell personal or fleet data.
Cross-border processing
Service providers may process or store data in countries other than the country where you are located.
When this occurs, we apply reasonable safeguards and follow applicable legal requirements.
Security
We apply access controls, tenant data separation, and reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect data.
No system is risk free. You remain responsible for keeping account credentials confidential and devices secure.
Retention and deletion
Data is generally kept while an account or tenant is active and for as long as needed to provide the service.
You can delete your account through Settings → Profile → Delete Account. This removes sign-in access. Tenants or fleets you own are deactivated, while related membership, profile, invitation, and role records are marked as deleted internally. Team members lose active access.
Operational fleet records, including vehicles, fuel transactions, odometer logs, and assignments, become unavailable from the active service but may remain in inactive internal records for audits, security, dispute resolution, or legal obligations.
Your rights and choices
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, a copy, correction, or deletion of personal data, and withdraw consent where processing relies on consent.
Send a request from your registered email address to armada@semakode.com. We may ask you to verify account ownership before processing it.
Business use and children
Armada is made for business use by fleet operators and authorized team members, not for use by children.
If you believe a child’s data has been entered into the service, contact armada@semakode.com so we can review it.
Policy updates
We may update this policy when the service or legal requirements change.
The latest version and effective date will be available on this page. Information about important changes may be provided through the service or official site.
